The History of Pertech®
1971 - Company begins operations as LRC.
LRC functions as a design house specializing in Impact Dot Matrix printers until 1975, when the company begins making small Impact Dot Matrix printers used in point of sale and banking applications.
1979 - Eaton Corp. acquires LRC.
In July, 1979 Eaton Corporation acquires LRC and renames the company Eaton Printer Products.
1988 - DH Technologies purchases Eaton Printer Products to create DH Print.
1990 - DH Technologies wins accolades.
The May 22, 1990 issue of Business Week cites DH Technologies as one of "The Best Small Growth Companies." Later that year Forbes Magazine lists the company as one of the "200 Best Companies in America."
1997 - DH Technologies merges with Axiohm.
The resulting company becomes known as Axiohm Transaction Solutions, Inc.
2003 - Pertech Resources buys Axiohm-TPG Facility.
Pertech buys the Axiohm-TPG Riverton plant, including the rights for most of the products manufactured since the facility's inception. Pertech continues to provide exceptional products and services to its customers and welcomes future customer relations and partnerships.
